2 c Kellogg’s All Bran cereal
1 c Nabisco 100% Bran or Bran Buds
1 pint cultured buttermilk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c Wesson oil
2 eggs
2 1/2 c flour
2 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 375º for 18 - 20 minutes

1. Boil 1 c water
2. Mix All Bran and Bran Buds cereal
3. Pour water over cereal, and mix well

4. Stir buttermilk and salt into bran mixture

5. Mix sugar, oil, and eggs into bran and water mixture

6. Stir flour and baking soda into batter

7. Spoon into muffin tins

8. Bake at 375º for 18 - 20 minutes
