2LB. beef cut into cubes
6 tablespoon Butter
1/4 cup flour
2 stalks chopped celery
1-1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 medium sliced onions
6 medium potatoes cubed
2 medium carrots chopped
2-1/2 cups hot water
4 teaspoon beef bouillon
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan then add vegetables & fry in butter until vegetables are aldente
Add beef & fry till meat is brown
Add the flour over all
Add the hot water & Bouillon & stir till thickened
Put all in covered casserole dish & put in preheated 325º oven & cook 3 hours.
Or you can put in crock pot on medium for 4 to 5 hours or until meat is tender..
Serve over Biscuits or rice.
