1/2 cup butter & 1/2 cup oil
1-3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups grated zucchini
4 tablespoon cocoa
2-1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda

Preheat oven to 350º
Beat wet ingredients together
Add dry ingredients & beat well.
Pour in 13x9 inch pan
Mix 1/2 cup chocolate chips & 1/2 cup chopped nuts together then sprinkle over dough in pan & press very lightly in dough.
Put in oven for 45 minutes remove from oven & let cool.

Very delicious cake can't taste the zucchini just the chocolate. Very good with vanilla ice cream.
