1 1/2 lbs hamburger
1/2 c chopped onions
1/2 c chopped celery
1 can crm of mush soup
1 can crm of chicken soup
1/4 soy sauce
1/2 cup rice
not sure of amount of bean sprouts, enough to cover bottom 9x13 pan
1 pkg of chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
cook hamburger with onions and celery till brown
mix soups, soy sauce, rice. Then mix in meat mixture.
spread bean sprouts over 9x13 casserole dish, pour over sprouts. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour, cover top with chow mein noodles and cook 15 mins more.
