2 pkgs (2 T) Yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup very warm skim milk
3 eggs
4 1/2 - 5 cups bread flour
2 tsp salt

Orange Filling:

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
grated peel from 1 orange (2 T)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix together the sugar, salt and butter with the very warm milk. Beat the eggs well. Add a little of the hot sugar mixture to the eggs, then add eggs into the sugar mixture. Let cool and add the yeast, followed by half the flour. Mix dough with a mixer. Stir in remaining flour by hand.

Let dough rise 1 hour. Beat down and refrigerate overnight (or for 2 hours). Divide dough into 3 parts. Roll out each part on a floured surface into a large rectangle. Spread each rectangle with 1/3 of the orange filling. Roll up dough and cut each log into 12 slices. Place in heavily buttered non stick muffin tins. Let rice in a warm place for 3 hours.

Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes
