Ingredients:  
1 1/2# almond flour (bulk food store has this; measure out the flour at the store)
3 tbsp cocoa powder (if you want white cookies, do not put in the cocoa powder)
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 small bottle of almond extract
Red cherries or whole almonds for decorating cookies

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all dry ingredients
Add eggs and bottle of almond extract, mix together
If batter seems too soft, add 2 tbsp flour
Chill over night

Next day...
Preheat oven to 400º
Put some granulated sugar in bowl.
Take a teaspoonful of dough, form a ball and roll in sugar.
Press 1/2 cherry or almond into center of cookie

Bake for 10 minutes & check bottom. May need to bake a few more minutes.
