2 Lbs ground Lamb (ok to mix with beef 80/20)
2 chopped large Onion
8 cloves of Garlic
12 pieces of Ginger
2 Tbl of ground Masala
1 tsp of salt
3 Tbl of water if needed

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, process garlic, onion, garlic. (make it into a paste)

Heat pan put in some oil and fry paste until fragrant. Add Masala, and salt.

Add meat to paste, stir and cook slowly not to burn about 60 minutes. (ok to put in oven instead of finish cooking on stove top) (add water if too dry and burning)

Serve with rice and eggplant. Yogurt on the side.
