3 medium tomatoes peeled and finely chopped (2 cups)
14 oz. can dried green chili peppers, drained or 1-2 hot peppers
1/4 c. sliced green peppers
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1-2 tbsp. of snipped parsley
1 clove garlic minced
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. tomato sauce (optional)
1 tsp. salt for 1 pint

Directions:

Put in jars and cover with lids. Put in pan tall enough to cover jars with water and boil for 30 minutes to seal.
