8 qt size package of nonfat dry milk
1 lb of Nestles Quik
6oz of original coffeemate
1/2 C powdered sugar

Combine and store in covered container. Add 5-6 oz of water to make 8oz of cocoa and heat. Add mini marshmellows and /or candy canes.
