3/4 cup crushed Nabisco chocolate wafers (not already crushed, you crush)
6 oz melted butter
8 oz heavey whipping cream
8 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 pint frozen raspberries thawed
1 T corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Crush wafers in food processor. add to melted butter, press into 9 inch pie pan, try to go up sides. Cool
Whip cream till really thick. In another bowl, mix cream cheese with powdered sugar. Fold into whip cream. Add to the cooled crust, I ususally cool in freezer before adding cream cheese mixture.
Put in refrigerator.
heat raspberries to a medium boil....mix 1 tbl of water with the cornstarch and add to hot raspberries and stir till thick and when cooled can spread over top of cheese cake. Store in fridge till ready to serve.

I have tried the boxed crushed chocolate wafers and the already made chocolate crust, not good. Seriously
