1 ½ c. warm water
½ c. sugar
5tsp yeast
2 eggs
½ c. shortening
2/3c. cocoa
2tsp salt
4 ½c. flour

Icing
1 cup powder sugar
1 Tab. butter
2-4 Tab. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast and water, dissolve. Add other ingredients, but only half flour. Mix. Stir 300 strokes remove all lumps. Slowly add flour. Cover w/ cloth and let rise 1hr. until double (85º). Roll out 12” – 18”. Spread with butter and cinnamon and sugar. Roll and cut into ½ inch pieces. Let rise 40 minutes more. Bake at 375º for 25 minutes. Ice w/ powder sugar and milk mixture. Add less or more milk to make icing thinner or thicker
