3 cups plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla

Topping
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Beat eggs, butter and sugar at medium speed until light and fluffy, about five minutes. Beat in sour cream and vanilla at low speed. Gradually beat in flour mixture until well combined. Refrigerate at least one hour. Works best to refrigerate overnight. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Drop batter by spoonfuls two inches apart. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350.
