1 bar organic 100% baking chocolate
3-4 tbsp clover honey
A inch of sea salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp coconut oil or coconut cream
1/2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Line a baking dish with wax paper. In a double boiler (or in a pot situated in another pot holding 1" boiling water). Add in the bakers chocolate and stir until melted. Add in the honey, coconut oil, vanilla and salt. Mix thoroughly. Add in the macadamia nuts. Remove from heat and spoon on to the wax paper (it will be very thick). Spread out into a thin layer with a spatula. Place in fridge for 2 hours to set. Break into chunks.
