4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
˝ tsp. salt
2/3 c. boiling hot water
2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Sift and measure flour. Add baking powder and salt to flour in sifter. Beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar to eggs. Add dry ingredients to egg and sugar mixture. Add boiling water and vanilla to egg mixture. Put in greased pans and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes one layer cake or two small cakes.
