Dough:
1 pound Butter (Lard), softened
1 cake Yeast (large)
6 Cups Flour
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt

Filling:
1 pound walnut meats, ground fine (walnut fluff)
1 Cup Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dough.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.

In saucepan, over medium heat, cook nuts and sugar. Stir constantly.
Cool.

Roll out dough on sugar covered surface.
Spread on filling.
Roll up.

Bake @ 350º for 1 hour, until brown.
