3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift the first four ingredients together.
Cream next ingredients. Add dry ingredients. Roll out thin.

Bake in 400º oven for 10 minutes.)
