1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup nuts
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, eggs and butter until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla. Stir/sift together flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Beat 3 minutes. In a separate bowl, combine nuts, cinnamon and sugar for filling and topping. Pour half the batter in a 10 " tube pan then half the topping mix. Spread remaining batter and then remaining topping mix. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. This recipe can be doubled but cooking time increases to 60-75 minutes.
