1/2 Cup Canned Pumpkin
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Ginger
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Cloves
1 1/4 Cups Milk
1 (6 ounce) Can Evaporated Milk
3 Eggs

Unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400

In bowl combine pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices.
Mix well.
Blend in eggs, milk and evaporated milk.

Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake for 50 minutes, or until set.

Cool.

Refrigerate.
