3 Eggs
1 Cup Corn Syrup
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 Cup Pecan halves

1 Unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

In large bowl, stir eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla.
Stir until well blended.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into pie shell.

Bake for 50-55 minutes, until knife inserted half way between edge and center comes out clean.

Cool.

Variation: Chocolate Pecan Pie-- Just melt 4 ounces of semi-sweet baking chocolate with butter. Then continue to follow recipe above.
