Ingredients:  
6-8 Large Apples
3/4-1 Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons Flour
3 Tablespoons Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Core and skin apples. Slice into large bowl.
Add sugar and cinnamon. Let sit a few minutes.
Add flour.
Set aside while you make crust.

Fold into crust.
Top with thin slices of butter.
Brush crust edge with cold water before adding top crust.
Seal Edges.
Make slits in center of top crust to allow steam to escape.

Bake at 400 for 60 minutes.

Let Cool on rack.
