1 pound ground beef
1 can (16 oz) refried beans
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
3/4 tsp garlic powder
12 cooked lasagna noodles
2 1/2 cups water
2 1/2 cups salsa
2 cups sour cream
3/4 cup green onions, sliced
1/2 cup black olives, drained and sliced
1 cup monterey jack cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, beans, oregano, cumin and garlic powder. Place four of the uncooked lasagna noodles in bottom of greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Spread half the beef mixture over noodles. Top with four more noodles and remaining beef mixture. Cover with remaining noodles. Combine water and salsa. Pour over all. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours or until noodles are tender. Combine sour cream, onions, and olives. Spoon over casserole; top with cheese and bake uncovered until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
