5 Cups Rhubarb, chopped fine
3/4 Cup Crushed Pineapple
4 Cups Sugar
1 small box Strawberry gelatin

Directions:
Directions:
In pot, combine rhubarb, pineapple and sugar over low heat.
Stirring gently until sugar is dissolved.
Stirring often: Cook over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, as it thickens.

Remove from heat.
Stir in gelatin.

Pour into jars and seal. (Can also be frozen)
