3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1.3 c. of butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. white sugar
1 1/4 c. (3.4 oz) of instant vanilla pudding mix
3 eggs
1 1/4 tsp. of vanilla extract
2 2/3 c. semisweet chocolate chips, can substitute butterscotch, white chocolate or peanut butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift flour and baking soda, set aside. In large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Stir in the chips. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 min. Edges should be golden brown.
