1/2 Cup Butter
2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Milk
4 T Cocoa
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
3 1/2 Cup Quick Oatmeal
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Add first four ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil and boil for one minute. Stir in next three ingredients and mix well. Drop teaspoons full onto wax paper and let cool.

This is the recipe I made with two cups of salt instead of two cups of sugar once. Grampa Prull lived with us at the time and he filled my sugar canister with canning salt instead of sugar. I made the cookies and set them out on the table on wax paper. Jerry came in the house and grabbed one and immediately spit it out in the trash....I thought he was trying to be funny until I tasted one and spit it out also...:)
