1 1/2 - 2 pounds of hamburger
1 medium onion

1 can enchilada sauce (10 oz)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can of diced green chilies
1 cup milk

1/2 lb. of cheddar cheese
12 corn tortillas

Directions:

Brown hamburger and onion, drain grease.

Combine the next 5 ingredients in a mixing bowl.

In large baking dish ( 9" x 13"), place 6 tortillas, cover with 1 layer of hamburger, and 1 layer of sauce. Repeat.

Cover with foil, Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Uncover for last 15 minutes and put cheese on top.

For best results, prepare and freeze before cooking.
