1 Cup Nuts, chopped

Chocolate Fudge:
1/4 Cup Butter
3 ounce Unsweetened Chocolate
4 Cups Powder Sugar
1/3 Cup Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
1/2 Cup Corn Syrup
1 Tbsp. Water
1 tsp. Vanilla


Blonde Fudge:
1/4 Cup Butter
4 Cups Powder Sugar
1/3 Cup Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
1/2 Cup Corn Syrup
1 Tbsp Water
2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease two 9"X9" square pans.
Cover the bottom of one pan with nuts.

Chocolate Fudge:
In top of 2-quart double boiler, melt butter and chocolate.

In bowl, sift powder sugar and dry milk; set aside.

Return to stove and add corn syrup, water and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients, half at a time.
Stir until well blended.
Remove from water.
Spread into pan with nuts in the bottom.

Blonde Fudge:
Follow Chocolate fudge directions, omitting the chocolate.
Spread in other pan.

Allow both to sit until set.

Turn out Chocolate fudge onto wax paper, so that the nuts are on the bottom.

Roll the blonde fudge into a log.
Place blonde fudge at one end of the chocolate and roll up.
Squeeze, roll to lengthen.
Roll up in wax paper.

Chill until firm.
Slice with a sharp knife.
