1 stick of Butter (8 Tbsp)
2 packages ( 3.4 ounce) Cook Style--Chocolate Pudding Mix
1/2 Cup Whole Milk
4 Cups Powder Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
3/4 Cup Walnuts, chopped fine

Milk Chocolate Melts for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
--In sauce pan, melt butter.
--Add pudding and blend well.
--Add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
--Boil for 2 minutes, or until thick. Remove from heat.
--Add sugar all at once.
--Add vanilla and nuts.
--Shape and place on a wax paper lined cookie sheet.
--Refrigerate until firm.
--Dip in melted chocolate.

Louise Griffiths is my lovely mom and we have been making these Easter treats for years. If making more than one kind of Easter candy eggs, use different colored candy melts drizzled on top to tell them apart.
