1/3 Cup Light Corn Syrup
1/4 Cup Butter, softened
1 tsp. Peppermint Extract
1/2 tsp. Salt
4 3/4 Cups Powder Sugar
Food Coloring

Directions:
Directions:
With mixer, mix corn syrup, butter, peppermint extract and salt.
Slowly add sugar, until well blended. When it gets too thick for the mixer continue to add
sugar, mixing with your hands. Coat hands with powder sugar to keep the dough from
sticking to your hands.
Add food coloring. Knead it in until color is even.

Shape into one inch balls and press with fork.

Allow to dry 4 hours or over night.

Store in container with wax paper in between layers.
