6 semi-soft avocados
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/4-1/2 cup diced red onion
1 spoonful sour cream

To taste:
Freshly squeezed lime juice
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Cayenne Pepper

Cut open avocados, remove pit, and scoop into large bowl. Mash with potato masher, leaving chunks if you'd like (or not). Mix in sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Once mixed, fold in onion, tomato, and any other optional ingredient. Squeeze in lime juice until you are satisfied with the flavor!
