3/4 Cup Cornmeal
1 Cup Flour
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
3/4 tsp. Salt
1 Egg
1 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.

Butter an 8 inch or 9 inch.

Mix all dry ingredients in medium mixing bowl.
Make a hole in the center of your ingredients.
Add egg and milk by gently stirring until smooth.
Stir in butter.
Pour into prepared pan.

Bake 20 minutes or until light brown in top.
