2 Cups Flour
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
3/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Butter, softened
1 Tbsp. Grated Orange Peel
3/4 Cup Orange Juice
1 Egg
1 Cup Cranberries, chopped

Optional: 1/2 Cup nuts, chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
--Preheat Oven to 350º.
--Grease and Flour pans.

--With mixer, blend everything except the cranberries and nuts.
--Stir in, by hand, cranberries and nuts.
--Pour into pans.

Bake: 1 Bread Loaf size: 55-60 minutes
3 Small loaves: 35 minutes
8 Mini loaves: 25 minutes
