1 pkg. seeded raisins (Lexia Raisins at Bulk Food , the best)
1 3/4 cups sugar
4 cups water
2 heaping tablespoons flour

1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

2 tblsp. butter

double pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, mix flour in 4 cups cold water & add raisins and sugar. Bring to a boil to thicken.

Add vanilla and salt and mix

Add butter and pour in crust.

(note...500 grams =1 pound )
