4 Salmon filets skin removed
2 T. red rspberry preserves
1 (6.1 oz.) box 5 min. butter/ herb wild rice
1 T. butter
olive oil cooking spray
2 T. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill pan. Prepare rice according to package directions. Whisk vinegar and raspberry preserves until blended. Sprinkle fish with pepper, then coat with cooking spray. Place salmon in grill pan and cover. Grill 3-4 min. on each side until fish is opaque. Serve salmon over rice topped with raspberry sauce.
