2 large tomatoes, chopped
3-4 green onions, chopped
1 small can black olives, sliced or chopped
1 small can green chilies, chopped
3 tbsp. olive oil
1½ tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve with taco chips.

I got this recipe over 40 years ago from college roommate Pat Morrison. I've made it often for family, friends and work colleagues and it is loved by all.
This is great for Christmas season as it has red and green and it is lighter than all the cream cheese based dips.
