1/2 bushel tomatoes, cored and quartered
1 bunch celery, diced
1 1/2 quarts onions, diced
4 hot peppers, diced
8 sweet peppers, diced
2 cups cider vinegar
5 cups sugar
4 Tlb course salt
1 Tlb cinnamon
1 Tlb ground cloves
1 Tlb mustard seed
1 Tlb mace

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare vegetables and put in a large pot (big)

In another bowl, combine the cider, sugar salt and spices. Stir well.
Add liquids to pot with vegetables. Cook 3 - 31/2 hours

Seal in hot sterile jars. Test seal in 12 hours.

If you are not using within the next few months, put all filled, sealed, jars in a water bath and boil for 15 minutes. Make sure the jars are covered in water and not touching each other.
