1 lb Bag of carrots
1 can Cream of coconut
1-2ts Cardamon
1-2tsp Cinnamon
1/2-1tsp Nutmeg
cashews
coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Peel/chop the bag of carrots

Cover w/ water bring to a boil
Puree in food processor or with stick blender

Add cream of coconut, cardamon, cinnamon and nutmeg, heat util hot, Top w/ crushed cashews & toasted coconut
