1 ½ lbs of salmon filets
1 Tbs olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Lemon slices

Tarragon Tartar Sauce
½ cup light sour cream
½ cup fat free mayo
2 Tbs fresh tarragon minced
2 Tbs dill pickle relish
2 Tbs capers minced
1 Tbs white wine vinegar
1 Tbs lemon zest
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tarragon sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well and refrigerate until using.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

Brush salmon with olive oil.

Season with salt and pepper and lemon slices.

Bake for 15 -20 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

I normally grill my salmon.

This makes 6 servings – Serving size is about 3 oz. of salmon with ¼ cup of sauce.
