4 cups flour
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 cup shortening
pinch salt
2 eggs (plus 1-2 egg whites)
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup milk
lemon rind
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar, salt, baking powder together.
Cut shortening into the flour mix (like a pie crust).
Beat eggs and add mile and vanilla
Shape dough into strips or balls,
Dip into egg whites and then sesame seeds.
Place on greased cookie sheet

Bake at 350º until lightly brown
