1 Tbs butter
1 garlic clove minced
1 c chicken broth
1 tsp cornstarch
1/3 c heavy cream
3Tbs Lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
Directions:
* melt butter on medium high, and garlic
* combine broth and cornstarch in bowl
* and broth to pan and bring to boil
* Cook one minute or until thick, remove from heat
* add cream salt-and-pepper
