2 C all purpose flour sifted
2 stick salted butter
3 ounces sugar
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven 350 degrees. Bake 300 degrees for an hour.

Mix the butter, flour and sugar. It will be sticky.

Flour the surface and roll the mixture to half inch thickness. Cut into shape you like.

Transfer onto baking sheet lined with parchment.

Prick the top of the shortbread with a fork and sprinkle with sugar. Bake.

Cool completely on rack before serving.
