Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box Devil's Food Cake Mix, baked according to package directions.
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz.)
1 can Caramel Ice Cream Topping (or butterscotch)
3 Heath Toffee Bars (crushed)
1 8 oz. tub of Cool Whip topping

Directions:
Directions:
Bake the Devil's Food cake according to package directions in a 9x13 baking pan.

Immediately upon removing from oven, poke holes into the cake using a rounded wooden spoon handle (or about 1/4 inch holes) in rows about one inch apart over the entire cake. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cake trying to get some to go down into the holes. Then pour the Caramel Ice Cream Topping in the same manner. Let cake cool to room temperature or put in refrigerator to cool. When cooled, spread the crushed Heath bars evenly over the top of the cake. Spread the Cool Whip over the top of the entire cake. Chill and serve. Best if refrigerated over night. (grated chocolate may be sprinkled over Cool Whip for decoration, if desired).
