3-4 Pieces of Cornbread
1 Slice of Bread (White)
1 Medium Onion
2 TBSP McCay's Chicken Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Cover both breads with water, let stand. Chop onion in skillet, add 2-3 TBSP cooking oil. Fry until onions are tender. Stir often. Drain water from bread and mash well with your hands.

Place Chicken Seasoning in a cup and fill cup with hot water to dissolve. Pour over mashed bread, add a little black pepper. Pour over cooked onions; stir often until thick.
