About 2 pounds boneless pork loin
¼ Cup apple juice
1 Cup applesauce
4 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
4 cloves minced garlic
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 large apple, peeled, cored and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper

 

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pour apple juice into bottom of slow cooker and then put in the pork.
2. Combine all other ingredients and mix well.
3. Pour over pork and cook on Low for about 6 hours.
4. Shred cooked pork and combine with cooking mixture.
5. Serve with rice or potatoes
