2-3 lbs chicken pieces (breasts, drumsticks, etc.)
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
1 T. paprika
1 t. brown sugar
1/2 t. dried rosemary, crushed
1/8 t. ground nutmeg
1/8 t. cayenne pepper
2 t. salt
1 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in an ungreased 13x9x2 baking pan. In a small saucepan, bring remaining ingredients to a boil. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 325-degrees for 1 1/2 hours, basting chicken often with pan juices.
