2 c packed grated zucchini
1/2 c oil
1 1/2 sugar
2 c flour
1/2 c cocoa
1 1/2 salt
1 1/2 tsp soda
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix zucchini, oil, and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add in the rest of the ingredients and pour into a greased and floured cookie sheet.

Bake at 350º for 18 minutes

Frost with chocolate frosting
