2 to 2 1/4 c Flour
1 envelope rapid rise yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c milk
1/4 c water
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 3/4 flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Heat milk, water and butter to 120-130º. Add to flour mixture. Beat 2 minutes while scraping the bowl. Add 1/4 c flour beat two minutes on high. Stir in rest until it makes a soft dough. Knead on a floured surface until smooth (8-10 minutes) cover and let rest 10 minutes

Divide dough into 12 pieces and shape into balls. Place into a greased pat. Let rise until double in size.

Bake at 375º for 20 minutes. Remove from pan and brush with butter.
