4 beef tenderloin steaks
4 t. crumbled blue cheese
4 t. plain low-fat yogurt
2 t. minced onion
1 large garlic clove
2 t. chopped parsley
2 T. cream cheese, softened
dash white pepper
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, blue cheese, yogurt, onion and pepper. Rub each side of beef steaks with garlic. Place steaks on rack in broiler pan so surface of meat is 2-3 inches from heat. Broil 5-6 minutes. Season with salt. Turn & broil 3-4 minutes, season with remaining salt. Top each steak with cheese mixture. Broil an additional 1-2 minutes. Garnish with parsley. (4 servings)
