1 T butter
2 eggs, beaten
3 c rhubarb, chopped
1½ c sugar
3 T flour

premade pie crusts - can use never fail pie crust recipe
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and pour into pie shell. Dot the top with butter.

Bake at 400º F for 50 minutes or until slightly brown on top. Serve warm.
