Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box white cake mix
1 can diet 7UP
1 box (4 serving size) sugar free/fat free jell-o of choice
1 small container sugar free/fat free cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix with diet pop (7UP, Sprite, or Sierra Mist works) and bake according to cake mix box directions (time and temperature – do not add any eggs or other ingredients to this). Remove cake from oven and poke holes all over cake using a fork. Mix 2 cups boiling water into jell-o powder (strawberry or raspberry flavor) and stir until dissolved. Add 1 cup of cold water to jell-o mixture. Pour jello over cake (FROM EXPERIENCE, do not use the entire jell-o mixture, cake will be too soggy, just use enough to get the cake soaked). Chill in refrigerator for 3 hours. Add cool whip and enjoy!
