1 cup sugar
1 stick butter
2 large eggs
3 ripe bananas
1 Tbs. milk
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
2 cups flour
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Butter loaf pan. Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, one at a time. In another bowl, mash bananas with fork. Mix in milk & cinnamon. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add banana mixture to creamed mixture, then add dry ingredients. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
